Artist Statement/Bio
"I feel inspired by the Holy Spirit, not only to paint religious pictures, but also to show how Nature and Man can work together. Oils are my favourite medium because they enable me to express my love of colour, and I like to separate the colours for all to see rather than blurring them together like a photograph. This mixing of varying shades and tones of colour enables me to depict the atmosphere of any particular place at any time."
I was able to start painting full time after retiring as a self-employed architect. After studying under Paul Millichip I successfully completed the four year OCA painting course. I had several commissions for murals and my 'Stations of the Resurrection' are permanently hung in St Thoma More's Church, Seaford. Sets of Prints have been sold to Churches in Korea, France, and the USA.
