"I offer consultation and creative services that facilitate change and strives for a more educated and prosperous world. Through Artistic Options I provide creative services that fine art for your home and portraits hand drawn in pencil from your photos."
Joelle Bhullar is a graduate of the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. She has work throughout the United States, Europe and India. She contributes all profits from her art toward children's education.
