Artist Statement
I am a professional wildlife and animal artist, who also does commissioned pet portraits. The miracle of animals is the inspiration for all of my work. From working in glass for over 30 years, to my current work in pastels, realism has been my main focus. “It is my hope to convey the essence of each animal I paint while bringing attention to their significance”.
My life has been devoted to this profound love of animals and is joyfully shared with my two dogs (Feather and Raven), and two horses (Hope and Valentina), on a peaceful and beautiful 2 acres in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.
