Artist Statement
Because I have an established background history with Fashion Illustration and designers, I have a special inclination for painting women.
My portraits bring out the beauty, the grace and the dignity of all women, of all ages and all races.
Bio
Studied as a child at the Cleveland Institute of Art, then later the San Francisco Academy of Art, then finally The Art Students' League of New York, where I was accepted into the world famous painter Frank Mason's Master Class. I majored in medical illustration at Ohio State University and graduated from the University of Arizona. My art has appeared in Vogue Magazine, Italian Vogue and WWD, along with several books and various exhibitions where I received prizes for portraiture and sculpture. My memberships includes The National Arts Club of NY, The Portrait Society of America, The Art Students' League and Sag/Aftra.
